US Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy explains how air freight from the USA is managed through USA Trade Shop and GP LOGISTICS USA CORP New York warehouses—including estimated transit times, smart consolidation, customs, and doorstep tracking across the GCC and Egypt.
Service scope & responsible entity
The platform operates under GP LOGISTICS USA CORP, headquartered in White Plains, New York. Service covers catalog purchases and «Buy For Me» requests after New York warehouse inspection, with organized air lanes to the GCC and Egypt.
Pre-flight fulfillment stages
After payment confirmation we begin preparation by product type and source. On arrival at the New York warehouse we perform a visual inspection and invoice documentation before final packing or consolidation.
- US sourcing & preparation: typically 1–4 business days.
- New York inspection & repack: typically 1–2 business days.
- Smart consolidation merges multiple buys into one parcel to cut volumetric weight.
Estimated air transit times
The following times are estimates from New York departure and depend on customs, the last-mile carrier, and operating conditions:
- Saudi Arabia: 5–8 business days (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and all regions).
- UAE: 4–7 business days (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah).
- Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman: 5–8 business days.
- Egypt: 6–9 business days with organized clearance to Cairo and governorates.
Customs, taxes & local fees
Destination authorities may assess duties or import taxes under local rules. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the customer bears local destination charges. We supply original purchase invoices and accurate descriptions to support transparent clearance.
Tracking, notices & delivery
We share a tracking number or shipment reference when available by email or the Shipping page. Customers must provide a clear address and active phone number. Delays from incomplete data, refused delivery, or local customs actions are outside the store’s direct control.
Insurance & force majeure
Shipments carry operational protection from inspection through delivery within standard coverage limits. Events beyond reasonable control (disasters, strikes, sudden government restrictions) may affect timelines without constituting a contractual service breach.
